如何控制乙型肝炎?

我近來檢查我的乙肝病毒量,數量十分高,正常人好像是1000以下,我是6百6十萬左右,請問我是否需要靠藥物或打針控制一下呢?是否一定要私家醫院,公立醫院不會開藥?
