墜落至陰囊的單邊腹股溝小腸氣, 能否選擇做微創手術?

竺醫生：您好，我患上了單邊腹股溝小腸氣已經有七年多，一直害怕做手術，因為聽聞手術後會覺得有塊網片異物感，甚至有些會有慢性疼痛。現在想請竺醫生給我一些解答，就是墜落至陰囊的大型小腸氣，為何可能不能或不適合做微創手術。
