89歲男性因心肌梗塞通波仔放了5個支架，再發現腎有一8x9醫生話咁大應該是惡性再發現肺部有陰影照電腦掃描2.5大話有機會擴散現在要做微穿針刺檢驗請問醫生應該做嗎？現在爸爸胃口不太好晚上基本上都睡不到覺身體很瘦弱謝謝🙏醫生幫忙解答十分感謝
