抗生素疑問

病患者男 - 2歲半

小朋友反復發燒，醫生開左一枝抗生素糖漿，藥名係Curam 457mg/5ml suspension。話每日兩次每次3.5ml，需要食足5日。但我見枝藥本身得好少，應該唔夠食5日，另見瓶身有寫waterline，想請問一下是否需要加水稀析？？
