脊柱側彎症

本人已確診患有脊柱側彎症十年
現年21歲,脊柱側彎症度數49度,
而且仍須每兩年覆診一次
想知道其實骨骼已成熟,
但還會有惡化的可能嗎?
另外 可以有甚麼方法紓緩脊柱側彎引起的背痛?
