曾大力撞傷頭部, 經常有頭痛頭暈

本人上月曾大力撞傷頭部(近前中位置)，雖然事發至今沒有試過不清醒的情況，但一直頭部隱隱作痛，並經常有頭暈，請問各位醫生，我是否得了什麼隱疾？
