胃腸

病患者女 - 74歲

我妈妈今年74岁，她最近吃多些，就会肚子和胃痛，少有胃气与放屁，吃少.一些沒有大便，人也消瘦，看医生后吃了止痛和消化药会好些，请问医生她是腸胃问题吗？谢谢！
