三歲大兒子長期痾粒粒便

本人的三歲大兒子長期去便困難，且一周7日差不多有5日的便便是一粒粒之硬便，嘗試過好多方面都未能改善，如多飲水、多食水果、飲清熱氣的涼茶及湯水，而粒粒便中見到有白點，是否生蟲呢？或其他原因，有何方辦改善，請指教下。
