腸癌疑慮

病患者男 - 38歲

本人因最近 診斷有鼻竇炎需要定期服用抗生素
Fleming 1g, 一星期左右排便是素有改變, 由平常的一至兩次
, 變成兩至三次, 大便形狀大部份成形偏軟，但一星期內有一兩次會有粒粒便, 沒有腹痛及便血
想問這是大腸癌的機會大嗎?
