請問小兒過敏性鼻炎如何醫治？

男，4歲9個月，得了腺樣體肥大，於2011年11月26日做了腺樣體手術，在手術前做了過敏原檢查，查出對蟎蟲過敏，請問現在該如何醫治，謝謝。
