肩頸痛

病患者男 - 34歲

一個月前早上起床,頸突然很痛(不知道是訓矮頸/工作還是健身扭傷),不能轉右,這樣持續幾天,到現在頭往左邊轉和向左後方仰很自然,但往右後方仰就感覺頂著和有點痛,而轉向右邊再向下時感覺頸和背有點扯痛。痛的位置大約在斜方肌和頸連接的深層入面(似頸夾肌位置),按壓不到。是什麼原因,會是訓矮頸未好定係肌肉在發炎,求解答
