希望查詢胸骨內痛問題

醫生們你好!

我48歲, 女性, 在過去3星期在右邊胸骨下有痛的感覺, 初時只覺有少許痛楚, 不動時不痛, 亦已去看醫生, 醫生說冇問題, 不了了之. 但痛楚未有減輕而日漸加深.

現在在呼吸時亦有痛, 痛的部份好奇怪, 有些位置摸下去特別痛, 痛楚延至右背部, 現拿重點東西亦有困難, 但未影響日常生活.

請問我應該是什麼問題呢? 應該去看那類醫生? 有什麼建議呢?
