胃氣

病患者男 - 30歲

身體有某啲位置（肌肉/骨頭），按壓後感疼痛並會排出胃氣，當胃氣排清，該位置疼感就會大大減輕，接近完全沒有痛楚，而且疼痛位置每次都不一樣，胸骨/手腕/腳都試過，請問是患上什麼病嗎？

照胃鏡有胃炎
胃氣偏多
