痔瘡手術後遺症, 傷口長出肉芽

本人3個月前做了外痔瘡手術及痔瘡鎗手術後,外面傷口長出肉芽,每天大便完都會整損,就算大便很軟都一樣損.而入面都間中流血.醫生話這樣無問題但好煩擾..是否正常,可以點做? 唔理遲d會好嗎?另外常飲橙粉有無害?謝謝
