懷疑腸癌

醫生，你好，本人91歲媽媽日前在政府驗血檢查腸指數6度，醫生話偏高，有機會是多年前吸二手煙引起病變，要觀察兩個月再驗，加上媽媽患有抑鬱症，長期營養不良，身體十分弱，經常便秘，令人十分擔心，希望立即醫治，請問醫生媽媽是否腸癌？要如何治理？
