手術後能接種疫苗嗎？

病患者女 - 80歲

病人(F,80) 於3月1日接種第一針科興疫苗，3月14日進行了手術(膽管金屬支架)。請問接種第二次劑疫苗的時間有需要延後嗎？ 謝謝解答。
