大腸癌轉移肺部有擴散

病患者男 - 66歲

家人前年確診大腸癌初期，術後無做任何化療電療，2月尾照ct發現右邊肺有粒新嘅1cm結節，pet ct無著燈但見有好幾粒淋巴結腫，同懷疑擴散，其中一粒在左邊腋下約1.5cm，導致醫生話不能做手術，但如果係手摸到的話，家人話呢粒已經生咗好多年。

想請問呢個情況，左邊有可能非癌症嗎？如果係醫生你的話，有甚麼建議做法？謝謝。
