腳水腫

最近祖母的腿膝蓋後面一按就痛，之後痛又移到了膝蓋上方（間接性的痛），她的腳一向都有水腫，我擔心她是不是有靜脈栓塞，還是只是拉傷（因為她每天都會在家裡走路活動），她在量血糖的時候血比較濃，我祖母可以吃aspirin當作預防嗎？不知道會不會影響到血壓
