會陰不正常的跳動

各醫生你好,

本人29歲, 平時無病痛, 無食煙喝酒,同太太有正常性生活.

近幾日, 會陰位置有不正常的跳動, 好似眼跳一樣, 跳吓停吓. 但其他無咩吴舒服.
想問出左咩問題? 系咪要揾泌尿外科做檢查?會否尿道炎?前列腺炎?
