頸椎

病患者女 - 63歲

我的頸部X光檢查，發現頸椎頭兩節有異樣，這種情況會唔會與我現在病情有關，吞嚥不暢順和說話模糊不清，右手開始無力，但沒有任何痛楚，請問醫生，我應該從那醫科開始治療。
