橋本氏症會否自愈？

病患者女 - 46歲

約四五年前診斷患有橋本氏症，近期於普通科化驗T3T4TSH三項指標正常，請問該症有無可能自行痊愈？亦或需要進一步檢查其他項目？多謝！
