大腸壁增厚

病患者女 - 57歲

在公立醫院其他科求診時做了腹部電腦素描, 報告說有大腸壁增厚，colonic mural wall thickening at hepatic flexture，說建議照腸鏡，所以轉介看腸胃科。
自己回來看資料說這個症狀可能是大腸癌，但是我2019年7月才照過腸鏡那時沒有息肉，為什麼這麼快便會出問題？
這個情況急不急？我可以等看政府腸胃科，還是必須盡快自行求醫？
