痢底出了白點

病患者男 - 61歲

本人丈夫痢底出了白點， 像飛滋 ，但不痛。 看過醫生 ，醫生說 可能是過濾性病毒 或缺乏維他命B。 吃過維他命B一陣子 ,白點 透明了 一些 ，但近日又变白及增厚了。請問為何這樣？可向什麼科医生求診？
