減輕標靶藥副作用

病患者女 - 72歲

我媽媽食了肺癌標靶藥一代已一年，情況算穩定，癌指數1.8以下，照了ct 及pet ct 也找不到腫廇，但食了標靶藥後，就胃口差及失眠，尤其近兩星期更加嚴重，她說很乾，是否受藥物影響？ 請問有沒有改善方法及藥物？謝謝🙏
