孩子流鼻血

仔仔5歲5個月大，呢幾個月開始，每星期都流三至五次鼻血，甚至乎半夜睡着時，也試過流鼻血。
每次都係頭部向前傾按壓鼻梁6-7分鐘止血。
請問需要看醫生嗎？
這樣處理正確嗎？
另外有什麼方法可以幫助他？
