病患者女 - 65歲

家人患3b期肺線癌, 有EGFR EXON 19 基因特變, 已驗PDL1<1%

1. 請問完成同步放化療後, 應否加配1年免疫治療作鞏固療情 ? 而PDL1水平會否經放化療後變為>1%

2. 如食標靶藥, 請問食第幾代療效最合適呢, 同埋係咪只合適第4期病人食用
