囡囡性早熟

病患者女 - 8.5歲

早六曰前囡囡突然來了月經 但問題是囡囡只有8.5歲 身高只有148cm 體重50kg 只有胸部有發育 未見有體毛 請問醫生囡囡是否性早熟 佢月經量非常少 2-3滴 褐色 上月27至今仲有 是否是月經？ 如是月經以後仲會長增？有冇藥物可以幫助增高？
