左下腹腫痛，應睇婦科或腸胃科

病患者女 - 58歲

醫生，你好，本人去年check腸鏡發現有大腸憇室症，容易便秘，近月情況更差，發現肚臍下7、8寸左復恥骨有時會痛，近日摸到有一手指頭size的物體(站立時)，訓低時又消失了，熱敷後又消失，令人十分困擾，並焦慮失眠，恐怕是cancer，請問醫生我應該是什麼問題，睇婦科or腸胃科？
