右側腰疼痛

病患者女 - 32歲

前兩日右側腰在沒有撞傷扭傷情況下突然疼痛，直到今天症狀並沒有減輕，搽藥膏都無效，剛起床、蹲下、坐下時特別疼痛，請問這是怎麼回事？要如何治療？謝謝
