肛門痕癢、下腹脹痛

病患者女 - 29歲

本人肛門經常痕癢, 伴隨下腹脹痛, 大便前感覺下腹至肛門扯住痛。幾年前已看過皮膚科, 只確診了皰疹, 請問我要看甚麼專科呢?
