病患者女 - 29歲

醫生你好，啱啱女朋友去咗家計做左個Hepatitis B Initial Assessment Packaged Blood test, check左3 樣，結果如下
1. ALT/ SGPT -189U/L
2. Hepatitis Be Antigen - Positive
3. 乙型肝炎病毒數量 HBV DNA - 1.4x 10^7

家計會只係比左報告我哋，簡單講解左幾句，同講佢哋家計會嘅醫生唔接呢個case。
我想知我女朋友嘅情況係點呢？點解會又有病毒又有抗體呢？
