后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折

钱医生您好，因骑车摔倒膝盖跪地导致后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折，移位8mm，主治医生建议开放手术治疗，从后侧开刀L型7
公分，使用空心钉1个、铆钉2个。因手术风险，我本人倾向于保守治疗。请问钱医生，保守治疗打石膏是否可以恢复呢？谢谢您！
