牙肉紅腫，黑色硬物圍住牙肉，洗牙後會否令到口腔唔舒服

我自從學童牙科保健後，因為有些不愉快經歷，就已經十幾年沒有看過牙醫了。呢幾個月牙肉都有啲紅腫，仲有啲黑色嘅硬物圍住牙肉。有朋友話我可能要洗牙，但我好驚，其實洗牙後會唔會令到口腔唔舒服嫁？
