耳石症復位后遺症焦慮

病患者女 - 59歲

本人晚已食抗抑鬱藥lexapro20mg, remeron7.5mg,Q仔12. 5mg 和血壓藥atenolol半粒，但今年1月開始頭暈，經耳石症復位后4星期仍然有頭重昏沈浮浮有暈暈感覺很不舒服，而且血壓升高，那種頭暈重感覺就像前焦慮症般，請問我不是仍在晚上食藥控制着，但為何仍有焦慮症狀，是否要再看精神科加藥嗎，但害怕食焦慮藥又出現暈情況，本人最近因耳石症暈入院check 過心腦無太大問題，現我這情況好影響我正常生活，因食止暈藥都幫助不到，真的心情低落，不知如何做好
