會陰位置腫脹

病患者男 - 24歲

醫生你好
最近勃起時會感覺會陰位置腫脹，但沒有痛楚，只是腫脹感覺。
而且射精時會陰位置會有抽搐感覺。
小便一切都正常，沒有痛症。
想問下係咩問題
會唔會係前列腺炎
