老人家手指無故抽筋，不能伸直

病患者女 - 76歲

本人母親今年76歲，近兩三年常手指(除大姆指故少外，其餘四指)無故抽筋，不能伸直，一日平均有五六次，要自己按摩拉直手指。現連腳指也會抽筋。請問是什麼原因?要看哪種專科呢?謝謝!
