腦血管MRI報告

病患者男 - 69歲

爸爸剛照左腦血管MRI, 以下係份報告comment :

1) mild microvascular ischemia in deep white mater. lacunar infarcts in left lentiform nucleus and left thalamus. no microbleed defected.

2) unremarkable major intracranial arteries in the circle of wills with no significant flow-limiting stenosis

3) mild sinusitis

請問嚴重嗎? 是否需要揾腦科跟進? 有藥物可以幫助嗎?
