AFP癌指數

病患者女 - 57歲

本人剛收到上個月 驗血報告AFP指數11.8，兩年前曾患乳線原位癌，做了乳房全切除，沒有化療電療藥物治療。
1.請問肝臟有事嗎？是否癌症？
2.應該找內科或外科醫生？
3.請問AFP指數下降至正常就没事嗎？
4.請問我應該怎樣處理？
