已杜牙根的牙肉上生牙瘡

你好我兩星期前發現生左牙瘡睇左一個普通同手術專科醫生專科話係十多年前杜左牙根的牙齒生了瘡建設一係二次杜牙根唔係拔左隻牙再植牙想問邊個方法較好？我怕二次杜牙根成功率不高最後都要拔牙植牙。約了三星期後見另一個醫生想問咁樣會唔會拖得大遲怕細菌從牙瘡繼續蔓延，謝謝
