腳水腫，腹脹，月經遲十天未來

病患者女 - 43歲

腳水腫超過半個月，腹脹，月經巳遲十多天，之前好正常，一定不是有孕，已兩年冇性行為！
上年做過陰超，一切正常。會是更年期定婦科有病變嗎？
