睾丸皮一邊痛

醫生你好，我呢個星期開始一邊睾丸皮開始好痕，到而家又痕又有d痛，痕個邊的皮好緊，另一邊就無事，痕個邊近住袋底左幾粒蒼都會痛，請問係咩原因，我洗唔洗去睇醫生
