肺癌第四期

病患者女 - 71歲

本人媽媽上月照pet CT, 發現有肺癌，當時冇擴散到淋雨而且大約2.7cm 左右，但在抽針做組織檢查時有流血情況，流了大約500ml, 咁當時確診為1A期。那麼一個月後做手術，切了1/3左肺，但在做手術時發現了肺水有癌細胞，而且也有肺膜有0.5cm 的腫瘤，當時也抽晒水及拎走了那0.5cm 的腫瘤。最後報告我們是第四期。請問還有冇方法醫治？
