起床及低頭時想暈


病患者男 - 27歲
醫生你好, 我數天前起床5分鐘後, 突然覺得周圍D野想旋轉既感覺, 嚇得我立即扶住牆壁, 但此感覺在1秒後便消失了. 但之後幾日每當我低頭或起床時, 都有少少怪怪的感覺, 請問醫生這會是什麼問題? 謝謝
