1. Mild cervical spondylosis.
2. Mild retrolisthesis of C3 on C4, C4 on C5 and C5 on C6.
3. Moderate bilateral C5/6 exit foraminal narrowing of sufficient severity to just encroach bilateral exiting C6 roots.
