腰痛

病患者男 - 65歲

有腰肌劳损史。另在大陸曾拍片診斷為腰椎終板炎症，4.5脊椎突出，腰椎管狹窄。曾做過多次物理治療及服中藥都無治療好。現在起床或彎腰執物都痛。這病是否能醫好啊？如果有的醫的話，貴處是否收醫療劵？ 請指教，謝謝！
