初生嬰兒眼睛一問

初生嬰兒剛出生一個月，這兩天發現其眼球像有条眼睫毛或頭髮絲的綫體，有時在眼球左邊，有時在下邊，有時又在右邊，但感覺嬰兒沒有任何不適，眼白也沒有紅，不知道這現象是什麼情況？究竟是去看兒科醫生，還是看眼科醫生嗎？謝謝！
