本人57歲，患有更年期综合症，自12/2017年暈到天旋地轉，並有心悸和長期失眠症狀，頸椎病，入院做MRI確診先天牲頸動脈狹窄，當時血流順暢，沒有閉塞，但持續有頭漲頭暈到現在，近兩月半夜還心跳到驚醒，頭皮也在發麻、頸痛，是否有中風可能，而先天性頸動脈狹窄是否容易中風，應定期check嗎？謝謝
