蛀牙問題

我隻門牙係之前補完甩咗，已經磨到好薄好細，睇過幾個牙醫都話補唔到，所以無理佢，最近牙痛去睇牙醫，話我牙根發炎要杜牙根整牙套，因為係門牙如果要整就兩隻都要整唔係就會鴛鴦色，我覺得隔離嗰隻冇事嘅牙好似好無辜咁，無端端又要磨細佢，請問係咪一定要杜牙根？仲有無其他方法呢？感謝回覆
