食避孕藥但提早左黎m

你好！
我由上個月開始有食輕樂偶，第一個月都係食完21粒之後2日先黎m
但今個月食左19粒就出血
但我日日都有準時食同冇漏食
我想問洗唔洗食埋剩低果2粒？
同埋為什麼會早左兩日黎m
很擔心
