性病問題

醫生你好
我大約兩個多月前有過不潔口交，男對女，
之後曾經出現過口腔潰瘍，普通科醫生開左藥水漱口水，用後情況好左，但舌頭好似都係有點白
上個禮拜同上個月頭都睇過政府社衛醫生，佢睇過都話口腔冇性病病徵
咁我應該去外面做針對口腔的性病測試嗎？
